Dogs have been helping man kind since the beginning of time. hunting, rescuing, protecting, keeping warm. Service and therapy dogs have been around for a less extensive amount of time, but are an important part of the lives of those they serve. There is a big difference between the two however. Therapy dogs are designed and trained to comfort a large amount of people, and make them happy, Whereas service dogs are trained specifically for one single person with a disability, to make their lives easier to live by performing tasks that said human cannot perform on their own without the aid of another person. Service dogs provide independence, therapy dogs provide comfort. We only provide the training regiments.
